NS RULES: Sprint format, DUPES on same band OK (one intervening
QSO), 100 watts
BANDS: 20/40/80m, +40 khz from low band edge.
The SLOW SPEED CW NS practice continues: 02-0215Z on Thursday; 20,
40, 80m CW, dupes ok.
