I had a couple of requests from DX stations for a summary of the lower edges of
the US phone bands...here they are. Frequencies in parentheses, such as
(1843), are the 3 kHz SSB carrier frequency closest to the band or segment edge
that stations should be using if signals extend from the carrier toward the
band edge. Sub-band edges are given for each license class as E (Extra), A
(Advanced), and G (General).
If you want to know the edges of all US bands, you can find them in this
colorful chart from the ARRL -

15: E - 21.200, A - 21.225, G - 21.275
10: E & A & G - 28.300, Technicians can only operate from 28.300 to 28.500
