The ARRL didn't move the RTTY Round-Up.  It has always been defined as the 
first full weekend of January unless New Years is on Saturday.  2011 is one of 
those years and the primary issue with NAQP CW, as contrasted to NAQP SSB, is 
the sub-band overlap, particularly on 40 meters.

I agree.  This is when the NAQP is supposed to be.  The ARRL opened the
potential can of worms by deciding to move the ARRL RTTY Roundup.
