If you attended last month - Dayton 2012 - and stayed at the Crowne Plaza.
When you checked out on Sunday morning, you received a card under your door
to request a reservation for 2013 with the front desk (drop off the card).
If you did this, you are all set. The 2013 requested reservations from the
2012 attendee reservation cards - will be loaded in the system before June
11, 2012 and you will get the special contester rate for 2013.
So if you received a reservation 2013 card this year at the Crowne Plaza and
you turned it in to the hotel front desk that Sunday morning - you are set
for 2013. No confirmation calls or web entry is needed for you.
The June 11 9 AM special web portal reservation is available for those who
did not attend 2012 Dayton and want to stay at the Crowne Plaza in 2013. The
rooms for 2013 are subject to availability. We expect a large pile up.

The Crowne Plaza stuck a note under my door saying that I was REQUIRED
to make my 2013 reservation before I left. How does this new web site
for reservatioons relate to that new procedure?
I suppose I need to call them and ask whether the form I filled out
really did a reservation for next year.
