No Rich was 70 or so ...he had heart issues some years back ...but
seemed to be in good health ..still climbing towers, still expanding
the station. We were there for CQWW SSB in October ...nobody expected
this. Just one of the nicest guys in or out of ham radio that one
could ever meet ..and contest mentor to many including myself.
