Thanks for feedback Kelly and I don't assume anyone is inferior to me.
Agree with your point about infrastructure and Heard Island and understood
there are situations the ability to get a real time score is not possible.
There are always exceptions. But most can. If you start from that point and
figure out a workable solution as to how to make it work for most then you
can figure out how to handle those exceptions.
Starting at "some can't therefore we shouldn't" has stopped a lot of
projects over the years.
