Amateur Radio Operators worldwide are invited to participate in the upcoming
Canada Winter Contest that is scheduled to run on December 17, 2016 from
00:00 to 23:59 UTC inclusive.  Complete rules are available at:

 There are a variety of categoies to enter and typically over 200
certificates are awarded each year.  Hope to see you all on the air for the
contest.
