[CQ-Contest] get younger people intrested

So we wish to get younger people interested in contests invite them to operate. 
Don't care if it is cw or ssb or rtty the new person can help. Get them hooked 
and possibly do it without the big antennas and huge amps. Show that their home 
station can compete and compete locally. Get them involved period also point 
out how it helps during emergency operations
