[CQ-Contest] Contest recording?

I've been looking at ways to record a contest to meet the rule requirements. I 
like QSorder
but it appears to only record when a contact is made.  Does this meet the rule 
requirement
or must the headphone audio be recorded for the whole contest period? 

(What would be missing are all the failed contacts and any dead time)
