[CQ-Contest] 2018 Contest University Dayton Videos & Slides are now available

Thanks to Icom America (Ray, N9JA), the Dayton CTU Professors and Teri,
K8MNJ (organizer and webmaster) the slides in PDF format from all 2018
presentations (and many past years) and several 2018 CTU YouTube videos are
now available.
