I'm going to have to try to modify CBS (Cabrillo Statistics software
written by K5KA, SK) to handle the new NA Sprint start time of 2300z.
Meanwhile, the only workaround to produce an accurate CBS report for the NA
Sprint would be to make a copy of the Cabrillo file with all timestamps
(including the date) moved forward one hour. Some programs have a "time
shifting" feature that will allow you to do this automatically. Then you'll
have to edit the text output of CBS to change 0000 to 2300, 0100 to 0000,
etc.
Otherwise your report may look something like this, with the QSOs of the
2300 hour omitted:
-------------- Q S O R a t e S u m m a r y ---------------------
Hour 160 80 40 20 15 10 Rate Total Pct
--------------------------------------------------------------------
0000 0 2 78 8 0 0 88 88 25.7
0100 0 54 30 0 0 0 84 172 50.1
0200 0 57 13 0 0 0 70 242 70.6
0300 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 242 70.6
------------------------------------------------------
Total 0 113 144 86 0 0 343
I'll make another announcement here when CBS is updated, perhaps tomorrow,
perhaps later.
