According to I4UFH the automatic WRTC spot generator sends only ONE spot
after a band or mode change and three logged QSO. So if a SSB station stays
on a frequency for an hour, only one automatic spot will have been sent.
This is very different from the CW skimmer which spots multiple times an
hour regardless of a frequency change. The three logged QSOs should keep
stations from QSYing just to be re-automatically spotted.

Jack - its worse than that actually. The organizers will apparently scan
the bands for SSB signals and spot them for the competitors. Kind of like a
manual SSB CW skimmer.
