The point of the contest is to maximize rate and score. If the rate drops below goal, you change. QRS is one of the possible changes. If someone feels that on slow Sunday afternoon of a contest they might get more calls if they QRS, then of course they should try it. QRS so that you make the less skilled feel better? No! It's a contest. QRS focused operating events is a great idea to help train people and get them more comfortable. We all had to start somewhere.
