I goofed, DKEY does NOT work correctly with CT, at least it does do what
I'm attempting to (map = to +). I ran DKEY it and translated the keys
just fine at the DOS prompt, and I mistakenly assumed it would work with
CT. I guess I'll have to start playing around with RBKEYSWP now.
By the way, I also gave the wrong FTP address, it should be oak.oakland.edu
and not oakland.oak.edu.
