Now that I think about it, there is a program called FIX_TIME.EXE on the CT BBS that will adjust the time of all QSOs by a fixed amount of minutes. This was originally written because certain logging programs (including a program from Georgia which has been getting a lot of Internet "press" lately) imported QSOs with the wrong time.
