Same problem.  Ran CT_TIME9.exe, adding 420 minutes,
then the old version of B2R9.exe (which must be in the CT directory,
because the script won't run with Win 95 long file names).
Everything imported into DX4WIN fine after that.

I have asked K1EA to put a copy of the updated B2R9.EXE (referred
to in the release notes that came with CT Version 9.34) on the Registered
Users Download Page.  Maybe that will fix the problem.
