CTVAULT says win95 is not supported.

CT974WIN - version 9.74
IMPORTANT: CTWin973 is now a self extracting installer. If you have
installed a prior version of CTWIN, uninstall it before installing this
version. You can do this via the control panel install/remove software feature.
The LPT driver has been changed and should work for most users.
WIN95 is not supported.
COM ports - Use -enet for networking over Ethernet. All comports work for
radios, TNC and networks. CW keying does not work on COM ports.
LPT ports - All LPT functions should work: CW keying, PTT, band info out
and radio1/radio2.
DVP - is not supported at all.
