Whenever this has happened to me all I do is press any CW function key. It
sends whatever the function key is programmed for and unlocks the keying
line......

For some reason after installing CT for Windows on my WINXP PRO operating
system and after configuring the application, once I press
Ctrl Enter and start it up for a test of CQWW-CW all I get is a hard key
down on my CW line.

I am using an IC-775 and have it configured and working on both Logger32
software and N1MM software and all works fine.

But not with CT for Windows.

  Any ideas?

My CI-V and CW line are both on PORT3 and my soundcard is on PORT1.
