Ron & Hans,

There is a CTWin section in this document that should help:
http://www.k1ea.com/CT_additions.htm

COM port CW keying is not supported in CTWin. Parallel port CW works
and is the only option. I don't know of anyone that has successfully
used a USB converter or a laptop LPT PCMCIA card to send CW.

This document also lists the current commands, current start up
switch list, and the URL for the dual boot documentation.
