Bob & Bill:  I have been using Win-Test for many years after having used K1EA's CT since its introduction.  When I submitted my Cabrillo file for the 10Meter contest, the ARRL error scanning softwar reduced my Win-Test multiplier by two.  The ARRL acknowledge email had this note:

(one or more QTHs in the copied exchange not recognized)

I suspect that their error check software does not recognize the two Mexican states I worked but was counted by Win-Test and verified in a review of the Cabrillo file. 73 Pete W8TWA

But yes, even with that file, CTWin doesn't seem to really recognize them
as multipliers or mark them as worked. But it *does* write them to the
Cabrillo file, which is all that really matters.

You could then import the Cabrillo into Win-Test to rescore the log. I'm
happy to do that for you if you don't want to buy Win-Test; just send me
the .BIN file or .LOG file. But Win-Test is a great path for someone who
is already used to the CT Interface, since the interface is quite the same,
and it runs on any modern Windows OS (Windows XP and later).

How would I add the Mexican Section multipliers to CT? I attempted to add
them in the AR10.Dat file but this does not seems to work. Any suggestions?
