You are correct about the upgrades, that is why we had full support Saturday for any issues.

I believe you did receive support for your issue right off. 

 

The new site offers more functionality then the old one and is much more intuitive.

Each screen contains a full help page and there is a "Quick Start" guide on the login page.

It seems some of my “keys” are bad on the new site, but karlnet support sent over a replacement for the one I needed.

 

However, I never do “major” upgrades on a Friday, unless I have a full support staff ready on Saturday.
