We do use KN-100 boards but this customer has existing RG-1100 units that he would like to use.


BTW, I thought it was a power supply problem too, but it obviously wasn't. But thanks for your prompt response.

usually, it's a sign of not enough power at the RG (since the power draw of
the prism cards is higher) - how are you powering the RG? Poe? or the wall

I'm currently having problems with 100/200mw Senao cards in RG-1100
devices. The RG-1100 device will not totally boot up with the 200mw card
(freezes half way thru the boot up process), but will boot up and work with
low power cards (Orinoco cards). Any ideas?

TC firmware is SR-4200 using knscotcn-v4.43k.bin
