MIKE, I CONSTRUCTED THE BOARD THE WEEK BEFORE SSB SS. I PURCHASED ALL
PARTS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE 8 PIN MALE FOR THE MICROPHONE PLUG FROM
RADIO SHACK. THE COST WAS JUST UNDER $55.
I PURCHASED THE PRE-MADE CABLES WITH THE CORRECT TYPE AND GENDER OF
PLUGS/JACKS TO MATCH MY TRANSCEIVERS. ONLY THE 8 PIN MICROPHONE JACKS HAD
TO BE SOLDERED TO THEIR RESPECTIVE CABLES.
CONSTRUCTION TIME WAS TWO EVENINGS. THE SCHEMATIC IN THE NA MANUAL IS
TOTALLY CORRECT. OPERATION IS CLEAN AND NEAT USING THE KEYBOARD CONTROLS
DESIGNATED IN THE NA MANUAL.
