I would like to go on record as saying that any bug that only affects the 
CW ONLY category is not "weird", it is "catastrophic".

Now any bug that only affects PHONE ONLY is probably not a bug at all.  
You have to consider the source... anyone who would do phone only in a 
contest that supports CW is suspect to begin with.
