[na-user] Failure Testing NA 10.35

This is true for several versions. I had this on 10.32-35.
I sent a private e-mail to Dave immediately I found it
just in case it was just me (corrupted download or something
like that) as I've had that occur before. I guess he is waiting
until just prior to the contest to fix it.
