I put a new COUNTRY.DAT file on the web site, since Dave doesn't seem
to have uploaded it.  I broke process, so it might get wiped out the
next time someone edits the web site.

You can download it from:

        http://www.contesting.com/datom/country.dat

Or send a message to na-user-REQUEST@contesting.com that says:

        GET country.dat

You must run NAU after installing the new file in your NA directory,
in order to generate the country files that NA actually uses.
