[na-user] Save Log .SAV file

In NA, when the user does a SAVELOG, the log is written to the floppy
into a file with a .SAV extension.  How can this file be read by NA?? 
I've looked in NAU in the file converter area but don't see anything
about a .SAV file.

Any help would be appreciated.
