I had the same problem.  In my print file I was able to get it as a "dupe" 
listing because my two contacts were not new counties on one of the counties 
each had.  But the .log file doesn't show as a dupe and who knows how it will 
come out -- especially since AD6E was one of my dual county contacts and he 
is the log checker.

That is a peculiar rule for CA.  FQP doesn't allow this operation except to 
make it two separate contacts.  I think it comes from County Hunters who can 
camp on the border and cover 2 counties -- my understanding with CH's is that 
they can't do it where 3 counties come together such as we have near us.

Hope there is a solution to this problem.
