[NA-User] NEQP

Supporting NEQP requires changes to the NA program itself.  The problem is
the location part of the exchange, which they have set up to be a
combination of two letter state abbreviation and three letter county
abbreviation.  Only four characters are available, which has served NA well
for thirteen years. Nonetheless, we're working on making changes to support
NEQP.

Has anyone set up a template for the upcoming NEQP (New England QSO party)?

If so, is the template in the public domain?
