We finally have an official notification of the NM QSO Party contest from ARRL
Contest Rate Sheet for November 30, 2005, which is this weekend - a new
contest. Kevin, N5KEV, stopped by the Albuquerque DX Association to clear up
questions about counting dupes, counting is once per band and per mode. NA
templates are attached, both in-state and Non-NM. Include comments in your
soapbox.
