[NA-User] PAQSO.mlt file

If someone can forward me a copy of the in state PAQSO.mlt file which contains
the four Ontario sections, I would really appreciate it.

I'm trying to help out a ham in PA to update his NA software.

It is not on the website and the latest program file (10.69) does not contain
the updated file.
