Luc et all,
Yes radio blackouts for the Sun lit side of the Earth is a sure bet in future
days thanks to sunspot group #10656. We will also see the return of old sunspot
group #10652 on or around August 12, 2004. Both of these groups were prolific
makers of solar flares and radio blackouts in July 2004. We will probably see a
near repeat of solar space weather and geomagnetic storming conditions this
month.

A good link to monitor radio blackouts is at
http://sec.noaa.gov/rt_plots/dregion.html .
