[RFI] Broad band Cable Modem

I don't have much experience with these, but I'm guessing the AC power wall 
wart that most of these use needs a ferrite choke on the line feeding power to 
the modem.  If that doesn't dure it, also try one on the cable to/from the PC 
as close to the modem (in both cases) as possible.
