[RFI] Power line RFI situation

It definitely heard ultrasound, but the fellow we had here working on 
power-line stuff never did take it out and listen to a few noises.  Our new RFI 
guru, Mike Gruber, W1MG, has it on an ever-growing list of things to do.

I do have it here, and if you have a very strong local source and want to give 
it a try, I can ship it to you, if you promise to give the list a report!
