[RTTY] Help needed- radio not keying in RTTY/PSK31

I have this setup and all of a sudden it's not keying in RTTY and PSK-31:

Orion, Tigertronics, MixW (AFSK)

The radio functions properly in CW and SSB.

Initially, someone I was calling (probably a PJ!) said that whomever is calling 
only has one tone.

Now, I don't even have that!

I did a master reset on the Orion; that did not help any. I "think" I got the 
menu parameters set correct.

Any suggestions?
