Thom my first one in the 70s was a 14 typing reperf a no name tu I
bought at a radio shop
and a r-388 was fun! finally got a 28 so could print posters!

Most excellent and thanks for sharing. Back in my early days in ham
radio I had a model 14 and a model 33. That model 14 was a real bear to
get working but eventually it did. I can still hear the noise and feel
the vibrations from that thing. I wish I had recorded it.
