No problems here with SD Win.
Using XP also. Think it is great.
Spent a couple of hours in the competition and managed 11 QSO's - so you did
really well John. HI !

Subject: [SD-User] WIN SD

Hi all
Tried WinSD for the first time in a contest and I dont think I will be using
it again, it was doing all sorts of funnies on me. It set up great and
started ok then every so often when I pressed the F key to start the keyer
it did nothing at all untill I touched the morse key???? then it would
start, same kind of thing entering data into the fields it would just stop
and I could not get out, could not use the - key to clear the qso, all I can
say is that its a good job condx were so bad as I was trying all sorts to
get it going right.
The machine was a Athalon T/Bird 2100 processor and 512meg memory running XP
pro with nothing else running at all.....
I am gg to get an old laptop and go bk to Win98SE which I never got any
problems with in all the years of running SD
Anybody else had anything like this???
Cheers
John G4RCG
PS I was so fed up with the contest and the probs with SD I packed in after
2.5hrs and 21 qso's !!!!!!!!!
