Further to the discussion on this, this appeared in today's ARRL Rate 
Sheet:

Note that the Rate Sheet is excellent for contest information, email 
subscription from the ARRL website but is only free for ARRL members.

(I don't know if this is more up to date than the version Paul has on 
his site. Personally I don't use SCP and I find it is a frequent 
cause of my callsign being confused with G3YEC etc in the pileups).
