That's a DOS command, and the equivalent in Windows
is to use Windows explorer to Edit/Copy and then Edit/Paste
the file to the new name - giving you a copy of the original
file under the new name.

It does, unless you are prompted specifically for a name,
as in SD Type 4, 9 and 10.
