The RAC Winter Contest takes place from 0000-2359 GMT on Saturday
18th December. It's mixed-mode only (SSB/CW), but single-ops may
choose between single-band and all-band categories. Full rules at
www.rac.ca/downloads/canwin2004.pdf.

SD directly supports this contest, but not for 2m and 6m, and is
freeware from www.ei5di.com. SD runs on any Windows PC.

All others send 59(9) + serial.

SD scores QSOs with official RAC stations at 20 points
as required by the rules.

file, to canadawinter@rac.ca by 31st January 2005.
