The Polish DX contest takes place from 15:00 UTC on Saturday 2nd April
to 14:59 UTC Sunday 3rd April. Full rules at
www.contest.spdxc.org.pl/reg/reg_g.html

SD directly supports this contest. It runs on any Windows PC and is
freeware from www.ei5di.com.

Contesters outside Poland work Polish stations only. There are
single band, and all-band (10m to 160m) sections, together with
CW only, SSB only, or mixed-mode. An interesting new category
is SOTB - Single Op on Three Bands (any 3 bands you choose), but
this category is mixed-mode only.

Select SD Type 4 - General, Area Multipliers.

Multipliers Count : B (by band)
Points - CQ QSOs : 3
Points - SSB QSOs : 3
Pts/Bonus : 0 (multipliers)
.MLT file : SPDXC
Receive Serials? : N
Mode : CW/SSB - your mode now.
Mixed Mode? : Y/N - your choice.
If mixed -
      mults count
    on both modes? : N
If mixed -
  work same station
  on both modes? : Y

Work Polish stations only - prefixes 3Z, HF, SN, SO, SP, SQ, SR.
If you're not sure whether a call is Polish, just type it. If
it's not Polish, SD changes its colour to red.

Send 59(9) + Serial.
Receive 59(9) + single-character Province abbreviation.

Use SDCHECK, after the contest, to create your .LOG Cabrillo
file. Rename it to YOURCALL.LOG and email it, as an attached
file, to spdxc-logs@pzk.org.pl.

73,
Paul EI5DI
