[SD-User] WAE - Cabrillo Log files

Due to broken code in V12.00, SDCHECK did not include frequency
data in Cabrillo QSO records.  This applies to all Cabrillo logs,
not just WAE.

My thanks to Didier F1FPL who reported the problem.

You can get an updated SDCHECK from www.ei5di.com/sd/sdcheck.zip
If you've submitted your WAE entry already, please send a new
Cabrillo log.
