[SD-User] SP DX contest

Hello, again on "red" calls: I have checked other "restricted" contests, as 
PACC, and again call that are not valid for the contest doesn't change color, 
and are also logged (if the exchange is valid, in SP DX I have logged USA and 
Italian call, even if I used area codes). I am using SD 12.15.
