Paul I think you mean LINKTIME not LEADTIME?
I presume they are reset to the default values when a new version is
downloaded and installed? As I normally have them as short as possible
without messing up the rig communication.

Subject: Re: [SD-User] Call Changes
I've received three .INI files from users who noticed
the problem with SD sending the correct (edited) call
when using ESM - but logging the unedited call.
In all three cases, rig control is enabled with a BPS
of 4800 or higher, but POLLTIME and LEADTIME are set to
the longest (default) values.
I suspect that "timing" is a issue with this bug, but I
still haven't seen it myself.
Can anyone reproduce this bug on a regular, non-intermittent
basis? If so, I'd like to have the "exact" key sequence
used. Don't assume anything, write down every keystroke.
If the bug cannot be reproduced on demand, please try
reducing LEADTIME, and then POLLTIME, as much as possible
- or until any further reduction would lose rig control,
and test again. Let me know if there is any difference.
Please use the latest version of SD for all tests.
In the meantime, I'm taking the opportunity to review
the relevant code and independently fix the problem.

Paul EI5DI
