The RSGB SSB Club Sprint takes this evening, Thursday
9th September, from 2000 - 2130 Local Time (BST) on 80m,
3.600-3.650 & 3.700-3775.

There are QRP (10w) and LP (100w) sections. HP is not
permitted.

Rules at www.rsgbcc.org/hf/rules/2010/rsprint.shtml.

SD V15.18 supports this event
Select the "RSGB 80m Sprint" template.

Enter Mode as SSB, and your Name for the exchange.
Set the band to 80m if you're not using rig control,
with the 80M or B80 commands.

Work everyone. Exchange is Your callsign + Other
station's callsign + serial number + name.
(No RST)

Check the "Example SSB QSOs" at
www.rsgbcc.org/hf/information/sprintQSO.shtml

If you use any QSO format other than the ones shown,
you will confuse potential callers and may lose QSOs.

You may find it easier to log the serial and name
as a single field. For example, SD expands "4FRED"
to "004 FRED" when you press Enter.

Following any QSO where you called CQ or QRZ, you must
QSY at least 2 kHz before calling another station or
calling CQ. SD shows your frequency offset after each
QSO - to let you know how far you still have to QSY.

After the contest, submit your Cabrillo log, from
SDCHECK, to www.rsgbcc.org/cgi-bin/hfenter.pl

Please mention SD in your Cabrillo soapbox comments,
as this encourages others to try it

73,
Paul EI5DI
