The UBA DX Contest takes place from 1300 UTC on Saturday
23rd to 1259 UTC Sunday 24th February. It is CW-only
on the 5 contest bands from 80-10m. There are single
and all-band categories for HP, LP (100w), QRP (10w).

Rules
http://www.uba.be/en/hf/contest-rules/uba-dx-contest-rules

SD V16.12 supports this event - www.ei5di.com.

ON Entrants - select the "UBA DX Contest, ON" template,
All others - select the "UBA DX Contest, DX" template.

     and CW as your mode.

Exchange Serials. ON stations add their district
code. It's simpler to log ON serials and district
codes as a single field, but you can log them separately
if you choose. For example 3WV (Enter) expands to
003 WV.

Everyone works everyone. There are extra points for
working European Union stations, and even more for
working ON stations.

Multipliers include some DXCC countries that are
European Union members, but are not located in the
continent of Europe.

A single QSO with a Belgian station may count as
two multipliers - both prefix and province. However,
SD does not score or track ON prefix mults. The Dupe
Sheet (by band) option in SDCHECK makes it easy to
count these prefixes, and revise your claimed score.

You don't need to do this yourself, as all Cabrillo
logs are independently scored by the UBA.

Use SDCHECK to create your Cabrillo .LOG file, and
send it to ubacw at uba dot be. Please mention SD
in your soapbox comments.

73,
Paul EI5DI
