UK QSOs no longer count as country multipliers, and the
scoring has changed.
NRAU Baltic Contest:

REF 160m Contest:
Added direct support for the French side of this contest.

Scoring corrected for QSOs with some Overseas French Territories.

If necessary, use the command DATE, in the Time field,
to change the date for subsequent QSOs. Thanks G3TTC.

When installing a new version of SD, to replace an older
version, take care to "untick" the box corresponding to
"Create a desktop icon". Otherwise you may have to resize
SD's window, and set other parameters described in GETTING
STARTED on page 3 of the manual SD.PDF.
