I just remembered something that happened to me during ARRL-DX that has
never happened to me before. On Sunday morning I was moving from 20M to
15M, and I found what I thought was a clear spot. I sent QRL? Then
someone replied "No." I sent a CQ and worked him and two others who seemed
to be just "hanging out" on frequency. Never before in a contest has
someone answered my QRL? with "No." I was very surprised.
