Looks like we have two new plaque winners amongst us!  Congratulations to 
incoming SECC prez K9AY for taking QRP honors in the SE and to W4WA for 
Multiop in the SE.

Congratulations also to K4BAI for driving W4AN's station to a top ten 
finish, high power.
