[SECC] is list available in digest format

Hi Guys,

I really enjoy lurking on this list and one of these days
I'm going to get active.  It may be a while because I'm heavily
involved in VHF repeaters these days, but my First Love is HF CW.  

Anyway, is there a way to get this list in digest form where
I get one email per day?
